Refund and Return Policy
We want you to experience pure, unadulterated elation when you get your hands on your Stinking Patches. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the product for any reason, within 30 calendar days of the date of original purchase (the day you place the order for the product) so long as it is sellable (meaning we can still sell the product to someone who is possibly more appreciative and/or has a better sense of humor than you). Thus, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, beautiful packaging. To begin the return process, please send an email to support@stinkingpatches.com and provide the date and place of purchase and reason for the return. If applicable, we will then send you instructions for the return of the product.
Once we receive the item and perform our 11 point evaluation, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the return (nothing personal). If the return is approved, we will issue you a refund of the price you paid for the product, less a $1.95 restocking fee (to pay the folks in the warehouse) for each returned product. Your refund will be processed, and a credit of the purchase price (less the fee to keep the warehouse people happy) will be applied to your original method of payment. If your return is rejected, you may decide to have the product returned back to you by (i) notifying us by email within 15 calendar days of our notice of rejection and (ii) paying for the applicable shipping costs. If you fail to notify us within 15 calendar days, the product shall be deemed abandoned by you, and we may, at our option, repurpose the product, donate it to a destitute person in need of Stinking Patches, or otherwise dispose of it, probably in a humane and civilized manner.
Refund processing times vary, and, as we are mere testicle artisans, financial remittances may be out of our control. If within 15 business days after your receipt of approval for a return, you have not received a refund, first contact your credit card company and/or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, plus they might want to hear from you anyway. If your credit card company or bank cannot provide you any additional information about the refund, please contact us at support@stinkingpatches.com.
Warranty
Stinking Patches are backed by a fulsome (yet limited) warranty, which only covers express defects in materials and workmanship in the product. The limited warranty does not cover latent defects and/or damage resulting from any alteration, modification, misuse, abuse, tampering, or act of nature. The standard limited warranty is 30 days from the date of original purchase (the date you placed your order).
During the applicable warranty period, you may return a defective product for a similar replacement product. To begin the warranty process, please send an email to support@stinkingpatches.com and provide the date and place of purchase, and identification of the defect. If applicable, we will then send you further instructions for the replacement of your product. Note that, due to variances in our craftsmanship of Stinking Patches, the replacement product may vary from the original product purchased by you.
Our lawyer would like you to know that, to the maximum extent permitted by the law, Working Rich LLC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
